Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you engage Brave Little Brand for branding, content, coaching or web design services. By accepting a proposal or using this website, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Services
Each project begins with a strategic discovery session.
If we both agree to proceed, you’ll receive a proposal with:

Pricing (customised to your needs)

Timeline and deliverables
-
Weekly updates and checkpoints
Any work outside this scope will require a revised proposal or separate quote.
2. Payment Terms

A 60% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining 40% is invoiced prior to final delivery.

Any additional tasks (e.g. revisions, extra pages, unplanned content) will be quoted separately and billed before handover.

All invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
3. Client Responsibilities
To keep your project on track and on budget, you agree to:

Provide content, access and approvals in a timely manner (usually within 2 business days)

Give clear feedback at each stage

Only supply original material you have the right to use
Delays in content or approvals may affect the timeline and cost of your project.
4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you supply.

Once your final invoice is paid in full, you will own all finished creative materials delivered as part of the agreed scope.

Brave Little Brand retains the right to showcase your project in our portfolio and on social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may request an NDA prior to starting work if confidentiality is required.
5. Confidentiality
All materials and information shared with Brave Little Brand are treated as confidential. We will not share or repurpose your business materials, concepts or strategies without permission.
6. Liability
We work hard to deliver great results, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. sales, traffic, engagement).
Brave Little Brand is not responsible for:

Third-party errors (e.g. Wix, Canva, domain hosts)

SEO algorithm changes
-
Platform updates affecting your integrations
You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it goes live.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand business priorities can change.

If you cancel before work starts: we’ll refund your deposit in full.

If you cancel once work has started: the 60% deposit is non-refundable, and any additional completed work will be billed proportionately.

If we are unable to complete your project due to illness or unforeseen circumstances: we’ll refund any unearned portion or deliver all completed work to date.
Refunds will not be offered for:

Change of mind
-
Delays caused by client unresponsiveness
-
Completed strategy, design or content work already delivered
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
